Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Applying for our affiliate program does not guarantee approval. Your application may be rejected for any reason we see fit and we may or may not contact you about it.
Being our affiliate also means you must adhere to E-Junkie’s terms and conditions. You can find them here: https://www.e-junkie.com/wiki/terms
As an affiliate you must comply with consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines. Your advertising should not be deceptive, misleading, untruthful, unsubstantiated, etc.
All affiliates (regardless of their country of domicile) MUST be in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. These include the Federal Trade Commission Act (“FTC Act”), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (“CAN-SPAM Act”), Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) regulations and guidelines implementing the FTC Act and the CAN-SPAM Act, the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (“FTC Testimonials Guide”), the National Advertising Division decisions of the Better Business Bureau, and other federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.
You are responsible for keeping to any linking guidelines in social platforms including Facebook, twitter, Youtube, etc.
You may not share your affiliate link in any SF Nonfiction Books or Survival Fitness Plan Facebook group. Doing so will have you removed from the affiliate program and any commissions cancelled.
You may not use your affiliate code to buy products for yourself. This can cause you to be removed from the affiliate program and all existing commissions voided.
You receive 50% of any payments made by your qualified referrals. This does not include any tax payment or payment processing fees.
In order to get paid you must have a PayPal account connected with your E-Junkie account.
If a refund is processed for someone you have referred, your commission will be reversed.
Affiliate cookies last for 6 months. If the user uses a different browser, clears the browser cache, or does any other action to remove the cookies from their browser you will not be recorded as an affiliate. This is beyond our control.
Commissions are only applicable to purchases made directly from the SF Nonfiction Books website. If you refer someone and they make a purchase via a 3rd party bookstore (such as amazon) there is no affiliate commission. These are completely separate companies and we have no control over them.
If a user clicks multiple affiliate links from different affiliates, the most recent one will count in terms of who gets paid the affiliate commission.
Any affiliate caught breaking any of these terms will have their affiliate accounts terminated.
