I only went to Kyrgyzstan for a couple of weeks but it is one of the most memorable trips I have been on.
I feel this is mainly because Kyrgyzstan has a very different culture from what I am used to. It is probably one of the few countries I have visited of its type.

Bishkek is the capital of Kyrgyzstan. I wasn’t particularly impressed by it, but it wasn’t terrible either. Just your average city.

This is a street in Osh. The rest of the photos in this post arefrom Osh. I enjoyed Osh a lot more than Bishkek.

There was a photo shoot opportunity where you could dress up in traditional clothing and take photos in a royal yurt
I was really impressed by how comfortable a yurt can be. Yes, this is inside a yurt!

We met this boy in town. He helped us navigate to the mountain we wanted to climb, which you can see in the background.

Here, they are climbing inside a cave system in the mountain. It was a nice little hike.
We went to several places in Kyrgyzstan, but for some reason I only have photos from Bishkek and Osh. I’d like to visit a few more countries in this area. Perhaps after a few more years of exploring Europe I’ll return.
