The Dream You Didn’t Choose

From the moment you were born, your mind began absorbing information from the world around you. 

Parents, teachers, religion, society: they all taught you how to “dream” - your belief system.

You didn’t choose your beliefs, your name, or even your idea of right and wrong. 

You simply agreed to them. Each agreement became a building block in the dream you now call your life.

The Book Of Law In Your Mind

Over time, those agreements turned into an invisible “book of law.”

Every rule, expectation, and belief you carry lives in that book.

Inside you, there’s a judge who enforces it, and a victim who suffers when you break it. 

And you punish yourself again and again for not living up to these invisible standards.

The Mask Of Perfection

To avoid punishment, you created a mask.

You learned to pretend. To be what others wanted you to be in order to win love and approval.

But perfection is an illusion. 

No matter how hard you try, you’ll never fit that image. 

The result? 

You reject yourself for not being good enough, while chasing a version of “you” that doesn’t exist.

The Cycle Of Fear And Reward

Just like we train animals with rewards and punishment, we were trained too.

We learned to crave attention and fear rejection. That fear shapes almost every choice we make: from what we say, to how we act, to the dreams we chase (or don’t).

The outside dream (the dream of the planet) feeds this fear. It keeps us trapped, pretending, performing, and punishing ourselves endlessly.

Breaking The Old Agreements

Yes, you CAN change the dream.

The first step is courage…

Courage to question what you’ve agreed to believe.

If a belief makes you suffer, it’s time to rewrite it. Replace fear-based agreements with ones built on love, truth, and acceptance.

It won’t happen overnight, but each new agreement you make brings you closer to freedom.

Freedom from judgment. Freedom from perfection. Freedom to be fully, unapologetically alive.

You don’t have to keep living someone else’s dream.

Don’t wait for the “right time” to enjoy what you’ve earned. The right time is now.
